Siri Help ? ?

Maybe I missed something but every time I go to check (voice mail) Siri intercepts and says (can I help) then I say Siri play voice mail -- Siri says she can't do that operation <-- so what good are you - LOL

Anyway;
Is there a way to turn Siri off from intercepting voice mail ?

Settings --> General --> Siri --> Off ;-)
