Edit photo: move and scale, pff

Anyone else have this problem?

Adding a photo to a contact, I'm offered the option to 'move and scale' the image. Scale is fine, but outside of a very restricted area, if I try to move the image, it bounces back to where it was, I can't get it to stick in position. Very frustrating.

Which app, what device? Phone or computer?

It's a TRS 80.

I believe paddy is talking about on the Mac you can add your photo avatar and scale and move it.

or

Maybe in Contacts.

then again, maybe on phone contacts may be the problem area.

if I keep guessing, will paddy show up to clarify this so someone can help out?
