"Duplicate file" & "Unhandled Exception c0000005" - 05/18/10 12:00 PM
We are currently running NUD v 5 on Windows XP and one user is receiving the following error on exiting the program.
"Disk error. (duplicate file name)" with an id of "-48".
When the user clicks "OK", the error disappears, revealing a second message which states
"Unhandled exception: c0000005
At address: 1004caf0"
The program exits after confirming with "OK", and presents the Windows-generated option to "notify Microsoft about the problem."
Any suggestions?
