error -192, error -39

Hi,

I needed to reinstall the software after my hard drive crashed. But if I enter my serial # the software fails and crashes.

If I reinstall and use the demo it works. Entering the serial number into the demo fails.

The latest version was downloaded I am running Mac OSX 10.5.8

Is there a script to fix this?
