My employer needs me to export out a date range from their 4.5.2 calendar. We need to do this in the next couple of hours. I had previously been able to export (back in January) but now when I try to export I get an error message that says:
Unexpected Error. [invalid database ID]
id= -30001
I need to get this data out and into an excel spreadsheet format.
Any idea's what this error means and how I can get around it? The data is still in the file so its not like I am trying to export data that does not exist. I have even changed the dates thinking that was the problem but no luck. I even installed a demo install on another computer and then opened the "Now Up-To-Date" file but still same problems.
