Defined Category only showing for one user

I have defined a new category on our server. It shows under the "now server" indicator. We only have the one server.

One user has created a category and it is not showing for other users.

I'm new to nudc so I'm not sure where to start. I have attempted updating the servers and I get no errors. It's very odd.

EDIT: The category is not showing on Now on the server and we are all running 5.3.2

You have to go to each client computer

Then go to Define (in the menu bar) > Categories > Select the Public Categories option > Then put check marks in each category you want that user to see.

Once done the user should see the category.
