Quickmerge

Have just upgraded to Contact 5 for Mac operating on OS 10.4.6 'Tiger'. The quickmerge feature is greyed out and will not work. Destination is Word 2004 Version 11. Templates are done but cannot make a data file. Have used successfully before on old version for OS 9. Any suggestions?

Does your Mac have a PPC or Intel processor? And, if Intel, single or dual core?
