Search Capability - NOW Contacts

I would like to be able to search for content/keywords in my free-form Notes that I have attached to a Contact. So far the only search/find functions I can locate relate to finding a Contact, not any content in a Note or even Comments attached to a contact.

Is this at all possible? How logically does the search functionality work?

In Now Contact go to Edit > Find > More and make sure 'Notes/Events/' is selected to be one of the areas/fields searched.
