Can Apple stop him , hummm maybe ? If the jail break alters Apples anything copy righted then Apple has a shot , if it's just a backdoor then all Apple can do is plug the hole

His jailbreak is nowhere near as effective as the Dev-Team one, and uses 6,000 times as much phone drive space (and some dodgy kludges) to work. Still, full marks for effort.

I think his age gives him the leg up on the news thingy - Poor kid if he is that geeky he will never have a girl friend
