Issues with Sigmascan Pro 5

Hey all. Do any of you guys out there use Sigmascan Pro 5 in your work because i do and i'm experiancing some problems. When i use the draw tool to trace a cell it goes very slow and the line is highly inaccurate. I'm running it on wine on Ubuntu feisty fawn
