I'm pretty sure that the bottom two are either 8Mb or 16Mb DIMMS.

Yeah, you cant tell they are old by the size of those huge ram chips! 
Buy the way, I think the shipping should be less than five bucks. I will put them in a anti static bag, in a small box to keep cost low.
