Me thinks this Yee would have been into the crap no matter the cost of campaign . There are people who are just plain crooks. Politics gives them another jus another way to exploit that. There are those , no matter, their poor situation, do not engage in criminal activity. Ther are still others who who, even if quite well off will be looking fo ways to to get even more. I do believe politicians have more of that kind then other groups.

That occurred to me years ago:
People USED-TO become doctors because "They Felt 'A CALLING'"
to relieve suffering and/or help their fellow man.

Now-a-days it's become an investment:
You put in the time & money for the education
then spend the rest of your life Milking the Ill & Infirm.

IOW:
They've gone a long way since "Mr. Smith Went To Washington" smirk

I agree, that guy probably would have for "political- nationalistic" reasons…is he smuggling guns to China for "freedom fighters" ?? remember Reagan, Bush Sr. and North !! This guy is doing less.- though still pretty bad.

Reagan & Bush Sr should have been Impeached !! FAR worse than anything Clinton or BO has even thought of !! Then you have dip wad Jr and he should have too ! mad

Every time I see Oliver North I want to vomit. I can still see that worm standing in from of the Senate with his hand up taking that oath. Then saying he thought it would be "neat"to do what he did. I believe that was the word he used.

Every elected republican president since Richard Nixon could have been legitimately impeached for infractions of the Constitution. None-of this made up, trivial BS like with BO or Clinton! Reagan & Bush Sr for Iran Contra, and GW for Iraq. Too bad the country didn't have the stomach for it ! That saved Ronnie and GHW Bush! mad

I feel the same, Jake!

(Cept maybe Ford who wasn't elected)

Selling Guns to IRAN
funded by Nancy's "JUST-SAY-NO!" drug money. smirk

wasn't it "The Great Communicator" who coined the phrase
"PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY"?

I used to go balistic watching that PoS Dodging the Press...
...pointing to his ear like he couldn't hear their questions as
he'd rush by, ducking out a door or jumping on AirForce One

WTF was someone like DARRYL ISSA or KEN STARR back then? mad

#1... now thats a funny line !! laugh

#2 Only problem with Issa is he has his facts wrong 90% of the time! Very dogmatic, but he needs to get the facts right.. and ALL of the facts not just the ones he likes to skew.
