Financial Question - 10/09/13 12:15 PM

Through the GENEROUS Contributions Through CITIZENS UNITED...

The Top 1% of The World's RICHES Corporations & Individuals
(including the Koch Brothers) have Fronted-Up BILLIONS of Dollars
toward Electing & Keeping the likes of Ted Cruz/Rand Paul & their
Foam-Flecked Tea-Party in charge of the now all-but-unrecognizable
Conservative Party.

I find myself asking: WHY?

Why,
in the face of a (by all accounts) Catastrophic Financial Meltdown,
that has Banks and Money Lending Concerns FREAKINTHEFUKOUT,
WHY "America's Richest" (who one would assume would have the
Most To Lose) Aren't Not Only Not Stopping the Predictable Meltdown
...but In Fact ACTIVELY ENCOURAGING IT TO TAKE PLACE!

Which brings me to My Question:
WHAT IS IT THAT THEY STAND TO GAIN FROM
WHAT THEY HAVE PLAINLY SET INTO MOTION?

I don't really expect an answer...
I'm just throwing out my 'Thought For the Day'
for others to roll around in their head while
we sit diddling ourselves ........waiting for
The OTHER SHOE To DROP

They have so much money, that they simply don't care what happens. They'll make even more on the pending collapse.

Re: Financial Question - 10/09/13 03:02 PM

One possible reason besides they don't give a crap - they're comfortable !... is

They may be creating an economic opportunity for themselves...

Markets crash , they have cash. They wait for the bottom ~ 6 -12 months, they buy stocks on the cheap (5-10 cents on the $), and ride them back up. They can wait, they're very comfortable. Drive around in their hummers and Rolls, play on their yachts, keep their high life style.. as their cheaply bought portfolio increases 5-10 fold !! mad

And they don't even care if the GOP gets burned... they bought the whores anyway... they're pawns.... served their purpose !! The GOP will get burned as bad as the rest of us !! Difference is, they deserve it ! eek

THANK YOU
That's what I was assuming
I just had to hear it from someone
who knows more than I do about the Stock Market.

WHICH BEGS THE QUESTION:
Why aren't the DEMS (or Pres. OBAMA)
Blowing the Whistle on their little game?

I'm sure the igranant masses would benefit from
the knowledge that they're "being played" by the
people they're blindly following 4 FUN & PROFIT!

But, they don't believe that they are being played! They believe that they are being victimized by that 47% of "takers," of which they are very much a part, but are too blind to see it. They cannot comprehend that they are the targets.
