Thats almost as funny as Sarah I can see Russia However the article does make a good point and that, Germany does support Green with some great incentives.

Meanwhile the US and some States only gave a tax break <- which ended this year. Even with the tax breaks , solar was a big boom in the last few years here. Now I suspect its going to Flat Line and and some solar contractors are gonna go belly up and lose their tans
