The headline read "City man charged in drunk hunting." It turns out that he wasn't stalking bar patrons, but that he was himself drunk and out hunting for something or other. Scary enough to think that he was out hunting for drunken revelers, but just as scary that he was shooting ducks with an alcohol blood level of .173%
