He was booked on two counts of murder and three counts of child abuse resulting in death.

So shooting a kid is considered child abuse ? not murder.

At the same time you have this.

Gun appreciation Day

the charge is "child abuse resulting in death."

I know - just seems odd - should be murder with a sub child abuse. I means the same still it could sound like child abuse (neglect) that resulted in death or leaving a kid in a hot car = it is murder period, they should not sugar coat it with child abuse , that comes later in court as just one of the counts against the perp.

IMO

The intended result of child abuse is rarely death. Therefore, not murder, but the crime of child abuse that resulted in the death of the victim. For murder, there must be intent.

Well like I mentioned above - child abuse resulting in death could be many many things such as leaving a child in a hot car <- which the intent is not murder rather neglect.

This teen went there with the intent to murder.

I hate to point it out but a big chunk of our society is just f-ing SICK !

The simple suggestion of even talking about gun control is unacceptable.

GEEZ !! only 1 AR-15 !!??

So how hard was that to get ??
