iPod 5G Nike Compatibility

So I'm going to buy some new running shoes here shortly. Been taking a look at the Nike kit. Looks pretty cool. Only problem? YOU NEED A FRIGGING NANO! 

Been looking and haven't found it. Is there a hack on compatibility? If not, why? I can't imagine the hack would be that difficult. 

We had a sport kit somewhere. It vanished not so long after we got it. I just bought one for demo purposes since we aren't allowed to sell them.
