you might try to contact the guys at ifixit.com.  They dont deal in cube parts, but they might be able to find you some by request.  The cube was extremely customized....to be a cube :)  Would it be better just buy one?  Sorry just asking?

You can but it will be a pain. Ebay is your best chance on finding most of the parts.

To make it a bit easier the CD/DVD drive is the same as the drive used in a slot-load iMac and the CPU is the same from a QuickSilver.

In all for a base system you need the following.
Case
Logicboard
CD-RW/DVD
CPU 450/500MHz CPU
Power supply
PC100/PC133 SDRAM (expandable to 1.5GB)
AGP 2x video card
hard drive

Not all AGP cards fit the cube. They have to be quite skinny. You will also need a VRM module. You want to hunt around for a service manual really.
