QS logic board in a B&W case what is involved?

I have a QS 2001 logic board sitting around that turns out to be good.  I have a 733MHz proc for it and the standard vid card.  I also have a 400MHz G3.  I gather I need a different power supply?  If I obtainted the power supply, should I be good to go with modifiying the G3 case to fit the QS board?  I wouldn't think if this if I didn't just have the stuff sitting here anyhow.
