300W ATX psu $25 @ Newegg

Need a 300W ATX psu for your sawtooth?

The Thermaltake W0070 is about $25 and performs well.

I ran FAH for 9 hours straight and it didn't hiccup.

I've noticed that since some more recent high power supplies do not have -5V (white) you may have some trouble with your power mac G4 booting properly.

I was using a silencer 470 ATX which has no -5V line. This power supply gave me lots of problems and I have since moved to the W0070 which has -5V.

If you are needing more power you can install and number of additional power supplies and jump them on the green/black mod.

I'm planning on doing this since the 300W will not be enough.

It appears on xbit labs testing that the W0070 is at most a 300W psu. I did some testing today and verified this.

You will need to make the -5V ground (black) on a sawtooth.
