Do you think it is possible to OC a 700Mhz eMac to 900Mhz or possibly 1.0Ghz without water cooling or any internal modifications? Please leave feedback and support.

Possible- yes. Adviseible, not so much. Most of the eMac G4's have the same problems as the iMac G3's they have BAD cooling systems... By overclocking it you are risking destorying it because you stayed up late to write a history essay. You probably wouldn't need any watercooling, a fan would be good, but it will be tosty if you don't give it good ventilation... Check out the iMac overclocking to get a good idea of what in intales.

Thanks. Is there an App that I can download for 10.2.6 that shows the CPU temp.?

Look into the 'ioreg' and 'iostat' commands for the terminal.

people have safely overclocked emac 700's to 1.33 GHZ!!! safely with NO additional cooling
