just did some heavy research since i'm out of school now. anywhere below 70ºc is fine if it gets much higher though it will hurt the processor.
:edit: 70ºc is ok and will not destroy your prossecor but it will make the changes barly noticable. i overclocked one of my g3s grafics cards and it made the screen become distorted. uckily all i had to do was set to stock and reboot. i would recomend no higher than 60ºc at the most.
