PowerBook g4 Alumuinum what screen can i put in it ?

Hi guys i have been looking on ebay and  i want to replace my powerbooks screen because the backlight has fully gone now so i am going replace the full screen but  i am just wondering what screens can i put in it? does it have to be the same one or can mod or something ? is it possible for  a hd screen?
