If it was me, I would change my name. I would try to distance myself from that man as much as possible.

Yeah, that'd be a start. Same first and last name would be too much too bear I think.

I have worked with a few Brits and I love how they pronounce the letter H as "haitch". Actually, it is not the "correct" way they tell me, it is supposed to silent as in North American English. But I prefer it the British way. A letter's reading should have the sound of the letter in it, don't you think?

Wow. Turn a discussion about the son of a kidnapper/rapist/etc into a political thing...*sigh* do I have to move this? Can't we keep political barbs to the soapbox?

Well, my latest post was about the pronunciation of the letter H. See I was trying to bring it back out of politics. wink

Even though I tire of it too, I wouldn't move a thread due to just a couple of people's obsession to correlate any subject to what happened politically 13 years ago.

If we were sitting in a bar I'd tell them to drop it and chill out. There was a guy I used to bowl with that would occasionally bring politics up in the middle of having a fun night out with they guys, we'd tell him to can it and not be such a buzzkill.

Still didn't stop him. smirk
