Love TCM about the only place I can get to see all of the great and not so great movies from back in the day...of course there is youtube with lots of movies but they have commercials just like regular tv

I Love TCM,
even the introduction
that give bits of background
that AFAIC only add to the enjoyment. smile

I'm also insanely grateful to them for
their contribution toward film restoration.

That was an excellent movie that did poorly at the Box Office because audiences had been burned out on all the Steve Reeves Grade C sandal movies. The skeletons scene is classic Harryhausen (who we lost this year). I loved that one and Ulysses with Kirk Douglass. And of course Acumowchek's eye-con movie -7th Voyage ! wink

"Sandal Movies!" grin egggzakly!

"GYRO-HERO"
laugh

The equivalent of the Spaghetti-Western genre

Lucky for me I fore-went them so I was able to
enjoy "Jason & the Argonauts" when I brought
my kid brother to see it way back........... whistle

He got-off on the skeleton scene, while I'm
still blown-away by those Bat-Winged Harpies. eek
