I always wondered why? [ur=http://www.newscientist.com/news/news.jsp?id=ns99993807]This theory can explain.[/url] However I still can get my head around why do we still have hair (on the head), pubic hair, etc. If it's evolutionary advategous to have less hair why didn't we loose it all?

Give it another couple of million years, and people will be completely bald and hairless all over.

Why do you think aliens in those old movies are always bald with pointy heads?

[color:red]DaddyMac's MP3 to AAC conversion: left to go...

Sexual markers aren't necessarily an evolutionary advantage--witness the peacock, whose big ol' tail probably costs more energy and lives than not. There's just no accounting for sexual preferences, though. So, so long as a chest full of manly hair turns 'em on . . . .

Great wits are sure to madness near allied.--John Dryden, "Absalom and Achitophel"
