If you are going to have a touch screen the operating system has to be bulletproof. The stooge was actually very calm. He did not start pounding on the icon although he did start multiple tapping. The screen would never last if the OS locks up even one percent of the time.

My iPhone has not once gone into lockup. That is why the touch screen works on the iPhone. This poor guy's screen is going to get hammered if a user continually is trying to stretch photos and open icons. We are all like Pavlov's dogs. It only takes once for it to hang for a bit until we really whack the icon to for the action to be subconsciously linked and we become icon whackers.

When my daughter was very young (maybe six) I asked her what happened to the "P" key. She said printing was slow and whacking it would make it print faster.

Could be the monitor screwing up. You'd think they would do a thorough run through before going on-camera with a demo.

Makes me wonder if that was a touch screen monitor ? maybe he thinks it works on any screen

Anyway I knew some people at work if you touched their monitor they get really pissed off about finger smudges

That was my first thought since the touch part never works. But I can't believe they would bring it out for a demo without checking it first.

Simple Translation:

"All you have to do is THIS."
"All you have to do is THIS.."
"All you have to do is THIS..."
"All you have to do is THIS...."
"All you have to do is THIS....."
"All you have to do is THIS......"
"All you have to do is THIS......."
"All you have to do is THIS........"
etc.

John,

I can translate the last comment by the anchor man in the brown sport coat who looked very irritated.

He said " Fsk this, I'm getting a new iMac !!"

This is good too:

Steve Ballmer's Windows 7 pitch features MacBook Pro in the background

Poor Ballmer he's so clueless.

Here's the actual interview on Hulu

Well... I kind of understand that since Windows runs on a Mac these days....

Well thats hard to say , since the world knows that windows run faster and better on a Mac - So why not have the largest image be a Mac laptop as a choice . Plus monkey boy did not say something stupid when questioned about Apple

IMO
