Lame excuse here - but good news soon - 12/17/02 07:20 PM

Hi,

yup been busy with Xmas. Ginny and I are wrapping up our Chistmas DVD we are sending to family. 7 personalized DVD created on a Mac. Great production we had going with the PowerMac and the iMac editing video and then assembling it and burning with iDVD.

Plus we made two custom DVDs from pictures we scanned in too.

whew - almost done.

anyways, I played a little bit with the Flash MX server today and it does multi person video conferencing with a really small delay (about 1.5 seconds).

The only problem is the Flash MX server is Windows only, and I have a linux box. I'm going to try to get it to run with Wine (a windows emulator in linux). Should be cool. Let you know more later.

cheers

Yeah, we missed both you and Mrs. JC here on the forums. I knew you were probably up to something cool to keep you that busy. What a lucky family you have to be receiving your labor of love.
