Re: Transparent screens - 03/27/05 11:25 AM

Humm no how to on that site.

I guess you simply move the monitor and take a shot ??

Re: Transparent screens - 03/27/05 11:44 AM

Don't have to move the monitor. You cut it out of it's bezel, remove the back cover. Shoot through the hole, replace the back cover and CrazyGlue the screen back into the bezel. Simple!

Re: Transparent screens - 03/27/05 01:11 PM

That's pretty clever. I was going to try it but I'm having trouble getting my screen to come free from the iMac housing due to the hard drive being right behind it.

Re: Transparent screens - 03/27/05 04:39 PM

That's cool, but how do you figure out how to measure for the monitor size?

Re: Transparent screens - 03/27/05 05:57 PM

Just size the image to the resolution of your screen, for example: 1280 x1024.
Just open your Monitors control panel, and you'll see your screen size highlighted in the list. And you can use 72 dpi.
