TransparentDock 2.0.2 better than ever

TransparentDock 2.0.2 better than ever - 10/20/02 01:24 PM

The newest version of TransparentDock (perhaps it was like this the past few versions already, but it was news to me) lets you choose from a really big selection of colors for your dock triangle. Pink, yellow, lime, just about any color you can think of.

TP is one of those apps you download and forget about probably. So, if it has been a while since you downloaded a version, might want to check it out again and get the latest and greatest.

Hi mike, since I just installed it I can tell you what it does.
You can choose to colorize the background color, the border color, and the triangle color. When you click to configure each one, you get to choose where you want to get your colors from: the color wheel, color sliders, color palettes, image palettes or crayons.
To just make the dock transparent, you click on each one, background, and then the border and slide the opacity wheel down to zero.

1.- Is free
2.- Don't need to make a backup of the original dock
3.- Don't need to write the administrator password.
4.- More choices of colors for the background color, the border color, and the triangle color.
5.- The interface is more clean and faster.
6.- Is supported for a company that makes many apps for the OS X

Haven't used that feature, so I don't know what to tell you to get out of that predicament. Have you tried switching desktop pictures from System Prefs and see if that works? Maybe trash TransparentDock or whatever you installed, and then try switching desktop pics again from DESKTOP in System Prefs. Good luck.
