Re: Mowhawks - 03/01/04 01:21 PM

The only think i hate are short mohawks and "mohawks" that end at the top (like trey's ). But I'll do what i want with my hair, and they can do what they want to theirs.

"I think its a freedom of expression."

No, really, Captain Obvious?

What I'm saying... is if you're going to do something, go all the way. Then again, if the head is shaved, you won't look like all the other poser punks. And it's all about fitting in.

HEY! Eggs don't always have to be cooked. They work just as good as hairgel!

_________________________________________
http://www.geocities.com/djstefan/bush.gif
http://www.magicrecords.com.pl/img/swf/player1.html

Re: Mowhawks - 03/01/04 02:40 PM

I'm going to be growing my hair out long, so I'm not going to be shaving my sides anytime soon. But when i do go to a punk show i spike both the hawk and the sides, and by the next show the sides should be blue (yellow/blond now).

Re: Mowhawks - 03/01/04 03:43 PM

I've learned two things about cool aid over the years: 1) It doesn't dye and 2) it burns. Long story short, make sure to thoroughly wash out any hair products when going into the rain.

Unfortunately i had no camera with me, and even if i did i wouldn't have been able to see what i was shooting at. Contrary to popular belief Kool-Aid concentrate does burn your eyes.

Yes, Kool-Aid only burns your eyes, not your scalp.

In reply to:

My hair was always too black to die lots of colors

That's what bleach is for.

...and that does burn you scalp (eyes too).

Re: Mowhawks - 03/04/04 02:08 PM

yo glue is the best-most substances are just sticky but remain liquid. what your looking for when you have a fourteen inch long mohawk like i did before i trimmed it you want something that you can put in as a liquid and will become rock solid holding your spikes and that will come out readily in water. elmers glue is perfect cause its water soluble-only problem is in a sweaty mosh pit thrashing around your sweat leaves you with giant spikes hangin off your head. oh and the guys in that picture are loathed by their local punk scene, the one used to have a mohawk but is rebelling against punk fashion adn the other is a replacement for the original bass player who was responsible for the bands awesomeness back in the day. theyre both losers responsible for the decline in the quality of anti-flag. mohawks are awesome though

"Dyin's just another part of life." I suggest Epoxi Glue or Crazy Glue!

_________________________________________
http://www.geocities.com/djstefan/bush.gif
http://www.magicrecords.com.pl/img/swf/player1.html
