These days memory is all about the same as long as you buy it with a lifetime warranty.. and most come with that. If you want top of line get Crucial. Try ramseeker.com and transintl.com

I like Crucial.. pay a few extra dollars and have the best.

This is for the mid 2011 i7 Mini..
