Anyone having issues with mail app not connecting to their me (mac).com mail account? I can see all my new mail at me.com, but nothing is happening in Mail App, other than the server timed out message.

I just checked a MobileMe account that I monitor, it's doing the same thing. Timed out on port 993.
I know there was a message about upgrading for a change in online iCal two weeks ago, if I remember right the last day was around today. I just tried and can't get to the calendar. Might be related.

It finally synced up after about 2 hours outage.

I wonder why people even bother with mobile me email? Always sluggish/outages. I never could rely on it.

It's my mac/me.com email account. I've never had a problem with it loading in Mail.app before today.

Some MobileMe members were intermittently unable to access MobileMe Mail using a desktop email application, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Members could still access Mail at me.com. Normal service has been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
