I have just remembered sarcasm isn't always easy to convey in text. Perhaps I should point out that have never used hotmail. Thats why it doesn't give me any problems.

Yup! hotmail problem is safari related, I have not made any changes to my settings, so i dunno what is causing the problem. just checked my hotmail account using firefox with no problem.
