News From Around The Community section on front - 03/09/11 10:54 AM

Just wondering, why is there a section like this on the front page? By clicking on a link, it opens a new window with an option of "read more" and click on that.
By clicking on Read More, it takes you to their site/forum, which means that potential new visitors here will never see our forum. Why talk about it here if the article and discussion is someplace else?
One specifically says: "Hot Forum Topic: Reader Discussion: How Do You Use..." and it takes you to macobserver.com, yet there is nothing on macobserver.com about MacTech/AppleCentral that I can find. Just seems like we are giving them free hits with nothing in return.
