Sorta a no brainer

I mean after MS removed itself from that security market - 3rd parties are left to drift in the ocean

So the write-up is a little confusing. Is it saying that the activist wouldn't have been hacked if they had the security setting set to high?

If you ask me, if I am doing anything in China I would set the security to high.
