Why is Apple Memory more costly than Kingston, Corsair, or Crucial memory? Thanks.

Never buy RAM form Apple -- they mark that stuff up incredibly heavily. The reason they do this is because they can ... not much more to it.

They all get their chips from the same sources, so pick the most economical that you're comfortable with.
