right clicking keeps crashing my finder :(

I have been having a very strange issue the last couple weeks. it only happens in the finder though and never in another app. I have tried reinstalling osx twice. I have run a mountain of hardware tests to be sure its not a hardware issue. I was thinking it might be a memory issue but all of my ram checks out fine.

so as I said this only happens in the finder and only with right clicking on either the desktop or in a finder window. it doesn't crash everytime I right click.. more like every 2-4 times.

I am lost
