LSO (Local shared objects) from Flash 10.6 snow

Where are the LSO files stored for a locally run flash file with shared objects written in actionscript 3.0. I find references that they should be stored in a file at the following location,

~/Library/Preferences/<AIR Application Name>/Local Store/#SharedObjects/<flash filename>.swf/<object name>.sol

but I can't find it! Can files be hidden on the MAC other than .files? I'm more familiar with PC programing. Tnx

Try this path:
~( which means your home folder user name, not the main root library)/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/#SharedObjects/ then dig down two more levels and there are a bunch of .sol files in there.
