okay, i have settled in on using mozilla as my main browser (after a long search). i am actually surprised it is as ready for prime time as it is. tabbed browsing is what will keep me with mozilla for the duration. i have 6 tabs and i select one bookmark and it loads all 6 tabs. i can boom-boom-boom-boom through the tabs and catch up on everything without waiting for each page to load. pretty cool stuff. then again, when the next upgrade to IE comes out, i'll look it over. if omniweb ever works with CSS consistently, i'll consider it. but...if you haven't tried tabbed browsing...try it now.

now for my gripes. i haven't figured out how to reload all of the tabs to their original address without selecting the group of tabs bookmark in the bookmark list. i want a button to press or a keystroke to use quickly. the other thing i miss from omniweb is the spell checker when i am typing posts. i am a poor speller so this forces me to click on tab for merriam-webster and check half of the words i use (increasing my posting time...dang).

[color:blue] -sean

Not too terribly difficult.

i thought of that, but i don't use that toolbar...all of my main sites are in tabs, which take up real estate as it is without me adding another toolbar for one link. if it's only a problem i suffer then i'll manage, but i'll hold out hope that others contact the mozilla group.

[color:blue] -sean
Hmmm, I use the toolbar for everything, I can't remember the last time I went to the bookmarks menu and scrolled down. When not in use you could always collapse it, making it no more than 1/8" high. I know, I know, you're looking for THE answer. Just a thought.
