There are a few listed on versiontracker. And if I can remember the name, there's a very robust, intranet-based workflow system that an agency I used to work at had been testing. But it was a huge enterprise system that cost in the 10s of $1,000's to install and maintain. I'll post it if I can remember what it was.

Do you mean like a trouble-ticket system?

If so, I make/sell one that runs on FileMaker Pro. It works with web clients and FileMaker clients. You need to own a copy of FIleMaker Pro (or FileMaker Unlimited if you have more than 12 users) to run the web portion. There's also a standalone version that doesn't have web access and doesn't need FileMaker.

You can get it here:
http://www.kevtools.com/kevpt/kevpt.html

(pardon, my sparse web page - it will be enhanced/updated eventually)

The next version will be based on mySQL so you won't need FileMaker Pro. That is several months away though.
Edited by hayesk on 06/17/03 07:43 AM (server time).

Thanks all for the help. None of the apps are quite what I'm looking for, but they have some certain good ideas that I should implement in the new system. I think we are going to develop our own system, which is gonna be purely php with an sql database.

Nope. Still can't think of the name, but this not only tracked jobs, revisions, comments, etc., it even tracked timesheets. Like I said, a huge chunk of enterpriseware that required a whole intranet config. Probably way more than what Ivan is looking for.
