2). i am guessing that bbedit is not what people use??? i don't know why not, however. hmmm...darn os x...the expanded folder is just now showing up on my desktop (minutes later). i now see bunches of files in a folder; although, they are all white indicating that these documents have no creator -- i am guessing that they aren't to be modified and will have a role when placed on the internet. they have names like: BLOCKS, CREDITS, INSTALL, SUPPORT, UPGRADES, etc. there are 2 folders in this folder (html and sql).<br><br>anyway, i was hoping you provide the quick tutorial explaining the files to download and where they go...i have my own domain (<a href="http://thelancasters.net">thelancasters.net</a>, actually, i have a second domain (aldsonline.net) where i'll test things first). i am tired of plain old CSS and html and want something more...dynamic. thanx for any tips you can provide to get me going. i notice you use something called, inluminent, but their site has not links and no information. <br><br>okay, now i just downloaded the PhpNuke 5.5 installer[color:"blue"]<br>Tables-creator - MySQL version<br>Unpack the zip file and upload the instalar_php folder to your <br>webserver in a place where you can access it via browser.<br>Point your browser to the url of the Nuke Installer (i.e. http://www.web_site/install_nuke_55/index.php) and follow the instructions on the screen.<br>IMPORTANT: Once the installation is succesfully completed, remove the directory where you uploaded the installer in order to avoid any problem.<br>If you desire to contribute in the translation of other languages translates the constant that are in the file of languages and sendme with your datas to upgrade the script with your credits</font><br><br>thanx.<br><br><br><br>[color:blue] -sean</font color=blue>
