here it is...not the best, but i cropped the clips enough (keeping size down) that transitions were pretty much out of the question. that being said, this movie is all over the place. i start with the kids and on to the computer and end with me doing some breakdancing, juggling, and basketball. actually, the breakdancing move was something i learned back in the early 80's during the craze and i still try it out each year just to see if i can do it. i can. how many doctors do you know who can breakdance?

enjoy...or get bored out of your mind.

this is the small version and it is still just over 5 megs at that (stay away dial-up users).

http://homepage.mac.com/jayhawk/iMovieTheater2.html

and here is a much better quality version on my iDisk at just over 11 mb.

check that...iDisk is extremely slow so i'll post it another day (tomorrow?).

let me add a disclaimer...i am suffering from sleep deprivation.

[color:blue] -sean

Very nice. I enjoyed thoroughly seeing the opening OS X splash it's welcome(s). I wish I could bring that up on my CRT often. It's breathtakingly beautiful.

I noted the Jayhawk in your movie link. Your not originally from Kansas, too, are you?

-------------------------------------------
RWoelk
Generating 2048 bits of randomness...

Only the educated are free! -Epictetus
Sean,
that was great!! So funny too I didn't realize that you had gotten ripped off! Here it was I was thinking you were talking about the dual gigahertz and you got a dual gigabyte!!! Better hold onto that one..it's a rare bird!!

But I laughed during your setup...and your breakdancing, and the juggling (you did the Steve Martin bit there! I loved it!) but you should work on an ending.

Overall Siskell and I give it 2 thumbs up!

Oh yeah, the kids were cute too!

doh! that's what i get for thinking i could talk, run the camera and do something worth watching all at the same time. shucks! perhaps i could pull a peewee herman and say, "i meant to do that." and don't worry, i won't pull a peewee herman anything else. ;-)

[color:blue] -sean
here is the higher res version...

http://homepage.mac.com/jayhawk/iMovieTheater3.html

i am testing a custom sorenson codec in Cleaner i just created...perhaps not the best. i don't like how this handles motion, but is quite good on stills. hmmm.

[color:blue] -sean
It must be a real comfort to know that if you're ever out of work, you can get a job with a carnival at the drop of a hat

Thanks for the view into your world. What a smart little girl you've got! How old is she? Josh?

And that's true too.--Shakespeare, King Lear

ellie just turned 2 less than a month ago. she was saying her ABCs at 18 months. she is quite delightful and a very good big sister.

josh is 7 months old. he is already behind the benchmark ellie set for making sounds, but he's quite large for his age so he's got her there (at 7 months he wears stuff she had at 12 months and 18 months). at his 6 month checkup, they said he was in the 98th percentile for height...you saw me in the video -- i am not tall by any stretch...i'll have to see how tall the swans delivery man is.

[color:blue] -sean
