This Is How You Can Stop Fake News
From Infiltrating Your Mind,
According to Science

Although the term itself is not new, fake news
presents a growing threat for societies across the world.

Only a small amount of fake news is needed to disrupt a conversation, and
at extremes it can have an impact on democratic processes, including elections.

It's amazing how fake news only became known after a certain President was elected. wink

As for Africans being subjected to fake news, this has been common for a long time. I remember it when I was there in 1994.

As far as impacting democratic process of elections....let's see...who was given questions prior to a debate? Oh yeah...Clinton.

And this is a political post...moving

Your last link takes it to a site that says how Clinton should have won, etc. I'll move it back and take that link out.

Redacting parts of the conversation (or adding to the "Fake News") does not forward the conversation concerning the science of using the power of critical thinking to weigh evidence & make sound decisions.

The link you are alluding to never mentions who lied about what, but rather how questionable narrative effects the way people choose, in this example, how it can possibly effect the outcome of ANY election.

So what are you trying to do John, drive the last five people away from here? Sigh. Give it a rest and let this place die in peace.

You are right...I'm trying to drive people away. that's why I started a couple of threads and had a nice discussion with Biggerfoot, but I digress.

Coming here is like driving by a wreck and being a rubbernecker. You know it's dying, but you can't stop looking.

I just wish Neil would pull the plug and end the misery.

Wow!
I was busy checking B&Bs in the nicest town I know
(the next town over from me) literally within sight of
NYCity (a 7-10 min. ride to The Times Square Area)
fyi, I live about 3 minutes from Giant Stadium.
...until I read THIS Post.
