Lucky ME I've gotten to experience Aiki Jujitsu First Hand
Back in the late 70's "When Everybody Was Kung-Fu Fighting" many of my Pioneer Scouts caught the craze While most of them were KICKING and SCREAMING one approached me for my opinion concerning FORMS I dragged him off to The Library (Nothing Beats RESEARCH) I got a Video Tape (remember them?) and we watched it together.
Lots of yelling & breaking planks & cinder blocks... but there was one form that we both fixed upon...
A diminutive old gent wearing what looked like a long dress was side stepping big guys, and walking them into walls and stuff ...or tumbling them to the floor
A-MAZING! he said; "I WANNA LEARN THAT!"
...and learn it he did...
TRUST ME.. you see the "attacker" slapping the floor (submitting) it's because those holds are exquisitely painful
