I think this is the beginning of the END of the Trumpster.... the House of Cards is falling.
The big question IS.... does Muellar drag this out until the fall election... exposing the treasonous Trump a few weeks before election... knowing he may have a D Congress to deal the fatal blow in 2019 ? . . . or does it move more quickly.... and let THAT be the issue for the election of the next Congress? It will be interesting however it goes down. ... and be assured ... it IS coming !
Ah yes! The Socratic paradox: I know that I know nothing! However, our ‘Dotard in Charge’ doesn’t follow this thinking, and quite possibly never has. He ‘knows’ everything. More than all his generals! Even the ‘best words’ as evidenced in his numerous Tweets.
There are two things I can’t wait to read/hear/see in the near future: (1) The results of Trump’s ‘physical’ (medical examination). (2) (This, after last her excellent speech last night:) Will Oprah run in 2020? Was this speech her ‘opening salvo’?
As to the physical, I don’t think it will include a psychiatric evaluation. It should! Also, I’m afraid that the true results will not be made public. It’ll be a statement similar to the one made by Trump’s personal physician. As to Oprah: Go for it! (Having billionaires run for office seems to be the ‘in thing’: we have two of them running for governor here in Illinois (one for reelection).
Well for the physical they only need a proctologist !!
and Oprah... I like her but I really don't want to see our highest office going to celebs... no matter who they are. Would I take her over any Repub... certainly... but I'd rather see a Biden, or some other younger Dem get the nomination. I'd certainly support and vote for her though. She'd be 100X better than Humpty Trumpty !! #1 she reads, #2 she knows she has limitations and would use experts; #3 she's sympathetic to the plight of others... DT can't be bothered.
I can hear many people in my neighborhood saying that Oprah has 'no experience in politics'. And I'm not quite sure what exactly they mean by that. Is it really necessary to work your way up, so to speak, from a narrow local level, to a much broader national level? There are many things I like about Oprah, among them (and perhaps most importantly), she seems to be much more of a 'uniter' than Trump. And I'm saying that in spite of the fact that my section of the country ( SW Illinois: mostly rural and white, 90% Republican) will most likely not vote for her.
