Hillary that is: "One a single day last August, her campaign released a video that featured Ku Klux Klan members and other white supremacists touting Trump’s candidacy — then gave a speech condemning past racially inflammatory remarks by Trump and his support among the “alt-right,” which she described as an “emerging racist ideology.”
“I would recommend you take a good look in the mirror & remember it was White Americans who put you in the presidency, not radical leftists,” Duke tweeted.
In another tweet, the convicted felon and two-time presidential candidate also needled Trump for abandoning what Duke sees as some of the president’s key supporters: “So, after decades of White Americans being targeted for discriminated & anti-White hatred,** we come together as a people, and you attack us?”
**HOLY CRAP! ANOTHER VICTIM poor baby

There are many of us labeled the " leftest enemy" out there who can see Trump as what he is.....after his speech not calling out The White Supremacist group violence yesterday shows his true bigoted, racist colors....to me yesterday was an act of homeland terrorism and yet Trump glossed over who really was responsible I'm surprised he didn't drag Hillary and Obama into that mealy mouthed speech yesterday !!
By Petula Dvorak Columnist August 13 at 9:32 AM President Trump lit every one of those torches in Charlottesville.
Yes, the white supremacists have always been with us. A parade of racist bigots is no surprise to anyone familiar with our history, especially those who have been the target of hatred and violence for centuries.
But when the mob of white men marched in Charlottesville carrying flaming torches Friday night shouting “Heil Trump” as the curtain-raiser for a day of violent clashes with counterprotesters that left three people dead, they showed the world that America is once again playing with fire.
And Trump was the one with the match.
The symbolism was not subtle. Torches, witch hunts, flaming crosses — they all stretch back to our country’s founding. All those white-power bros knew exactly the kind of fear they were trying to evoke, even if their tiki torches came from Home Depot’s end-of-the-season patio sale.
I will say this ... I'm torn by those who want to remove statues of some Confederate Generals and historical figures, like Lee, Jackson, etc. Some like Nathan Bedford Forrest DO need to be removed because that SOB started the Klan...but the others are historical figures and remind us of our flawed past.
But these historical figures like Lee and a few others fought for States rights which we're still fighting today...
Now you can argue they were slave owners and slavery was very bad and you have a point; but Washington, Jefferson, Adams, and many other Founding Fathers had slaves and we're NOT taking their monuments down. (hypocrisy?)
Then you look at some workers today and they're in "economic slavery" (min wage). and can't get out. But the conservatives have NO problem with that. We're, in some respects, still fighting "slavery"- just in a different form.
What I propose is that unless they had some heinous background (like Forrest), leave them up, BUT also erect a contrasting statues like MLK, Frederick Douglas, Harriet Tubman, etc. It might actually provoke some deep thoughts and soul searching.
