We almost lost another here due to a misplaced password.
It's not like this is a high security site like banking or something, and since we are on life support, and the password retrieval system seems broken without my direct contact with Neil, my suggestion would be to make it something easy, and write it down in a couple of different places.
Email it to yourself, make a file on your computer. Use OnePassword or something for all of your passwords.
Loc: Pinellas Park, Florida
Desktop: Safari and Firefox (similar): Prefs>Privacy (security)>Saved Passwords. Safari requires your password to reveal, but FF does not. You can search for specific sites. That works only if you've allowed them to save your logins, though.
