I just noticed a Mailbox located on the sidebar of my work account. I did not add this, and it says I can't delete it. What in the world is this, and how did it get there?

Oh, Mighty Carnac, I'm running the latest and greatest, of course. OS X 10.11.4 with IMAP Mail. The mail accounts are hosted through a company called Sage.
That link is about setting spamassassin up on OS X server, but it leads in the right direction.
Maybe the provider has changed their filters and it's in a learning phase.
You never replied but if you tried turning Junk Mail off on your machine and it's still there and you can't delete it I'd say just give it some time, Sage will probably fix it.

I'm sorry, had to take care of business first. Yes, I tried turning off the junk filter, but it didn't work. I called Sage, and (hopefully) they will return my call soon. I'll let you know…
