I recently copied my website from the PC to my Mac, but just copying the files evidently copying them wasn't them enough. When I try to access it, I get a

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server." error.

What do I have to do to be able to access it without problems?

Thanks

Now the message is
Code:
"Safari can't open the page.
Safari can't open the page "www.sq1bbs.com" because the server where this page is located isn't responding. "

I know everything is where I've told it to look, but it just won't find it.

Is there a GOOD tutorial that will walk me through setting up Apache2, PHP, Perl, and mySQL on El Capitan OS X 10.11.2?

Thanks
